We would also like to express our sincere thanks to you for arranging the carpet steam cleaning job. It was another job well done. It has made a remarkable difference to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the place. We are very grateful for the thoughts and preparatory work you put in.
By the way, while we were there yesterday, Hong did a bit of cleaning job removing markings and stains from the walls.

Milton recently sold our house in Hornsby. I can not speak highly enough of Milton. He absolutely exceeded our expectations. His many years of experience and lovely “house-side” manner calmed our nerves and made the very stressful situation of selling a house an absolute breeze. We were living in rural NSW at the time and since COVID restrictions prevented us from attending to our property in person, we completely relied on Milton to get the job done. Milton always kept us up to date (often after-hours) with the campaign progress and there were never any nasty surprises. Milton worked endlessly to get our house presentable for inspection under very restrictive COVID conditions and even offered to get his own leave-blower ready when tradies were in lockdown to help us get the house ready in time. Even the tradies that was recommended by Milton was always on time and offered very competitive pricing. It seemed like Milton had great report with everyone involved , from the potential buyers, painters, gardeners, auctioneer, solicitor and us. Milton knew the best people for the job. In terms of advice, it always felt like Milton was giving advice to his mum, rather than a to a paying client. Milton always advised but never prescribed. The final decision was always ours to make. Starting from the day one of the property inspection, they have provided us with a great level of right details. The contract and the details about the property were very clear and were provided to us proactively. The inspection times were convenient and the duration was flexible. The experience of contract signing was great, simple and straight-forward. Relocating overseas is never an easy task and adding the additional stress of renting your family home was a testing time for myself and family. When we were looking for an agent it was important for us to find someone we could trust and knew would ensure that our house was rented to the most appropriate tenant.
Before we met Keith we had 2 other agents come through the house. These agents were good, but lacked a special some thing that we were looking for.
